International Key Account Manager to Absolicon

Absolicon is a listed Swedish company that is offering the best solar concentrator in the world – the T160. It has the highest ever measured optical efficiency of all small parabolic troughs and is the only one certified by Solar Keymark. The collector generate heat and steam up to 160 C to power industrial processes and hole cities. Our mission is to help the world to become zero CO2 by selling robotic production lines for the T160 solar collector around the world. Today, the organization consists of approximately 30 employees working on research, development, manufacturing, purchasing, sales and delivery. In your role, you are responsible for the entire sales process, which includes everything from analyzing prospects to creating and maintaining good and long-term customer relationships. You process both new and existing customers, partly by handling incoming inquiries by phone and mail, but also by ongoing customer visits on site at the companies. You prepare quotes and register orders and participate as the company’s representative at trade fairs and other events.
You are responsible for finding new business opportunities and complete solutions together with your colleagues on sales, production, projects, development and purchasing. You work on the basis of a sales budget, which means both planning and follow-up in close collaboration with the sales manager and others in the sales team.
We are looking for a person with several years of work experience in a similar position and with a good understanding of large companies. You have worked as a B2B seller, preferably with industry background and has worked in large projects. It is an advantage if you have a technical education.
As a person, you are result- and goal-oriented with a good ability to process customers, create business and make deals. You are easy to collaborate with and have a good social and communicative ability, which is needed in your contacts both internally and externally. You are prestigious, flexible, positive and open to change. We work globally in an international market with many foreign customer contacts, therefore we demand very good knowledge of both English and Spanish. If you also have other languages, it is an advantage. We assume that you are a good user of business systems and MS Office. The position involves travel, so we require driving license.
You will be employed directly by Absolicon, located at the head office in northern Sweden, Härnösand (50 minutes by flight to Stockholm). Working hours: 40 hours/week. International travel days about 50 days/year.
